1. Our Unwavering Commitment to Child Safety

Pitcha, developed by Zella group, is a social networking platform designed for users to connect, share, and communicate through images, videos, livestreaming, and video calling. The safety of all our users, especially children, is our utmost priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This document outlines our standards and commitments to prevent and combat CSAE on the Pitcha platform. These standards apply to all users and all content shared on Pitcha, including but not limited to images, videos, livestreams, video calls, comments, and messages.

While Pitcha explicitly prohibits nudity and adult content for all users, these Child Safety Standards are specifically focused on protecting minors from sexual abuse and exploitation.

2. Defining CSAE and CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE):

Refers to any act or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Grooming: Befriending and establishing an emotional connection with a child, or someone an offender believes to be a child, to lower their inhibitions in preparation for sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sextortion: Forcing or coercing a child, or someone an offender believes to be a child, into producing sexual images or engaging in sexual acts, often through threats or blackmail.
• Trafficking of a Child: Recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sexualization of a Minor: Depicting, encouraging, or promoting the sexual abuse of children or portraying children in a manner that could result in their sexual exploitation.
• Any other form of sexual violence against or exploitation of children.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):

Refers to any visual depiction, including but not limited to photographs, videos, illustrations, computer-generated images, and livestreams, that shows a child (any person under the age of 18) engaged in sexually explicit conduct or depicted in a sexualized manner. The creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on Pitcha.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities on Pitcha

Pitcha strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of any content or activity that falls under the definitions of CSAE or CSAM. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM in any format.
• Livestreaming or Video Calling content that depicts, promotes, or risks CSAE.
• Grooming, Sextortion, or any attempt to solicit or lure minors.
• Promoting or Facilitating Child Trafficking.
• Sharing links to off-platform CSAM.
• Content that sexualizes children, including suggestive poses or scenarios.
• Coordinating or encouraging any form of CSAE.

4. User Responsibilities

• Not create, share, or engage with any content or activity that violates these standards.
• Immediately report any suspected CSAE or CSAM encountered on the platform through Pitcha's in-app reporting tools or via group.zellainc@gmail.com.
• Understand that Pitcha will cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting CSAE-related offenses.

5. Moderation, Enforcement, and Addressing CSAM

Pitcha is committed to actively enforcing these standards. We employ a combination of technological tools and human review to detect and remove CSAE/CSAM and address prohibited activities.

• Content Review: We will review reported content and proactively monitor for violations.
• Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or facilitating CSAE will be immediately removed.
• Account Actions: Users involved will face severe consequences, including permanent account termination.
• Proactive Measures: We are committed to developing and implementing technologies to proactively identify and prevent the spread of CSAE/CSAM.
• Addressing CSAM: Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, Pitcha will take appropriate action, including removing the material and reporting it to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Reporting Mechanisms

Pitcha provides an in-app mechanism for users to easily report content or behavior that violates these standards.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of CSAE-related crimes.
• Pitcha has a process in place to report confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Age Restrictions and Verification

Pitcha is not intended for users under the age of 13. We utilize age gating mechanisms during the sign-up process. Users found to be under the minimum age may have their accounts terminated.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. We encourage users to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Pitcha after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new standards.
